Select the lot you want and make a reservation with a 10% deposit. Remember that only 27 lots are allowed for the $68,500 pre-development price. 

Sketch your site plan and concepts for your Port Home, Barns, Pavilions, Fire Pits, and Swimming Pools, and we will do all the concept plans for your approval.  

When you approve, we will complete the architectural drawings for your architect or engineer to sign or change as needed for county approvals. 

If you walk from the reservation, you will receive the architectural and concept plans, and we will retain the deposit. 

You are not required to do any concept plans until you expect to complete a purchase and sales contract, which would make your reservation deposit completely refundable.
